How do I change the microphone volume?

Vista

Right click the speaker icon in the taskbar.

Click Open Volume Control.

Select the Options menu, and click Properties.

Select Recording and Microphone then click the OK button.

Adjust the volume control as needed.

Right click the speaker icon in the taskbar.

Click Recording Devices.

Click on the Microphone to select it, and then press the Properties button.

Go to the Levels tab, and change the volume as needed.

Click the OK Button.
